CCUMC is seeking nominations for our 2018-2019 Board of Directors election. Any member of CCUMC may nominate an individual, with that person's permission, to serve on the Board of Directors, and any member may self-nominate for a position on the Board of Directors.
Anyone wishing to submit a nomination must do submit the form below by Friday, November 24th at 5pm PST.
Online voting will begin December 1st and end December 22nd.

Available Positions
President-Elect (job description) - three year commitment (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2021)
Secretary (job description) - two year commitment (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2020)
2 - Institutional Directors (job description) - two year commitment (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2020)
1 - Corporate Director (job description) - two year commitment (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2020)
Eligibility
The Board of Directors shall be members in good standing and shall satisfy the requirements of the office held. In addition:
- The elected officers shall be Institutional, Corporate, or Life members in good standing.
- No member shall hold more than one office at a time.
- No member shall be eligible to serve more than two consecutive terms in the same office.
- No more than two elected officers shall be affiliated with the same institution.
- No more than one elected officer may be from the same corporate organization.
Duties
The Board of Directors duties include:
- Shall have general supervision of the affairs of CCUMC
- Fix the time and place of meetings
- Make recommendations to the membership of CCUMC
- Designate the site of the Executive Office of CCUMC
- Appoint the Executive Director
- Shall perform such other duties as are specified in the Bylaws
- May secure legal counsel, and establish, govern, and place funds in a foundation
- Shall be subject to the orders of CCUMC
- None of its acts shall conflict with action taken by CCUMC.
Term begins July 1st and ends on June 30th.
Meetings
The Board of Directors meet in person three times a year (spring, summer and fall). They also meet once a month, electronically.
